Carolyn Russan-True, owner-operator of Atlantic Aesthetics Academy, followed her truest passion of hairstyling in 1976, and later coupled that with her background in education in 1980 when she first opened Atlantic Hairstyling Academy. Mrs. True’s love for the industry and dedication to her students has awarded her numerous awards for highest theory and practical marks as well as provincial, national and international competition awards.

Becky Lewis has 20 years of experience teaching and 35 years in the industry, specializing and educating as a Redken performing artist and Redken certified colorist. Ms. Lewis takes pride in and enjoys helping young professionals discover and grow their passion for hairstyling from beginning to end. She believes in doing something you love and is dedicated to bringing quality education to all her students.

Mrs. Parrill has been in the industry for 34 years and has been bringing her passion for hairstyling to others through teaching since 1998. Her dedication to excellent education has awarded her students with multiple highest theory and practical provincial exam marks, as well as many awards in provincial, national and international competitions. She enjoys all aspects of educating and coaching her students in competitions.

Victoria Fairley graduated in 2006. Her passion for the industry and sharing knowledge and her dedication to upgrading her own training led her to a teaching career at Atlantic in 2011. Mrs Fairley’s pride and commitment to working with all learning styles has awarded her and her students with multiple recognitions for high theory and practical provincial exam marks.
